«PLASTPROTECT» - pipe in pipe for water supply

«PLASTPROTECT» - it is a two-layer pipe: the outer protective casing in the form of a pipe (casing pipe) is made of PE 100 RC, while the pressure pipe is made of PE 100.

At the customer`s request, the working pipe can be extruded from PE 100 RC, and an additional protective layer will be made of PE 100, PE 100 RC or polypropylene.

 

Plastprotekt pipes according to PN-EN 12201-2 and PAS 1075.
Plastprotekt pipes for water transport are made of pressure pipes with a diameter of DN 20 - 1000 mm.
It is allowed to use any standard SDR obtained for S series pipes, established in accordance with ISO 4065.

PIPE COATING IS:

• incombustible;
• antistatic;
• resistant to mechanical damage

The permissible depth of scratches and cuts in the protective coating is up to 75% of its thickness.
The expected warranty period of use is 100 years.
