PE 100 RC polyethylene pipes for alternative laying methods

The pipes are made of PE 100 RC (Resistance to Crack) polyethylene resistant to cracking.

The PE 100-RC material meets the requirements of PAS 1075, PN-EN 1555-1 and PN-EN 12201-1.

At the customer`s request, the working pipe can be extruded from PE 100 RC, and an additional protective layer will be PE 100, PE 100 RC or polypropylene.

The pipes made of RE 100 RC are used for laying and renovating pipeline networks using traditional and trenchless methods (HNB, Relining, Burstlining, Cracking etc.).

  •  Laying in a trench with backfilling with local soil (no sand bedding and no backfilling with sand).
  • Relining (dragging a pipe in an emergency network with diameter reduction).
  • Laying in a narrow trench.
  • HDD (horizontal directional drilling).
  • Burstlining, Cracking (reconstruction by the destruction of the emergency pipeline with maintenance or with increasing the diameter of the working pipe).
