«PROTECT +» - are single-layer pressure polyethylene pipes, for the production of which a special polyethylene composition PE 100 RC (Resistant to Crack -
crack resistant).
The pipes DN 20 - 800 mm have standard SDR dimensions.
The pipes are used for the construction and repair of gas pipelines with a working pressure below 1.0 MPa.
Field of application: construction and repair of gas pipelines, in particular with the use of alternative laying methods (without sand bedding and in narrow trenches, when building networks by means of controlled drilling or punching (jacking), during trenchless replacement of pipelines, renovation by tight or free pipe fitting, etc.) .
Pipes are delivered in coils and in straight sections. The most common lengths of pipes: in sections - 12 m; in coils, depending on the diameter of the pipe - 50, 100, 150, 300 m.
