Multilayer pipes «MULTIPLAST» for gas fuel supply

"Multiplast" are multilayer pipes with coextruded PE 100 RC layers on the outer and inner surface of the pipe. The inner and outer protective layers connect to the work pipe at the molecular level during simultaneous extrusion.

 

The multiplast pipes meet the requirements of PN EN 1555-2 and PAS 1075.
"Multiplast" pipes for the supply of gas fuel Ø20 - 800 mm with standard dimensional ratio SDR 11; SDR 17; SDR 17.6
Pipes are used to lay and renovate pipeline networks by all methods - both traditional and trenchless.

 

 

LAYING METHODS:

• Laying in a trench with backfilling with local soil (no sand bedding and no backfilling with sand).
• Relining (dragging a pipe in an emergency network with diameter reduction).
• Laying in a narrow trench.
• HWK (horizontal directional drilling).
• Burstlining, Cracking (reconstruction by the destruction of the emergency pipeline with maintenance or with increasing the diameter of the working pipe).
