Co-extruded pipes "TWINPLAST" for the delivery of gaseous fuel
Pipes meet the requirements of PN EN 1555-2 and PAS 1075.
"Twinplast" pipes have a monolithic structure and are made of PE 100 RC (protective coating), connecting to the PE 100 pressure pipe at the molecular level at the stage of simultaneous extrusion.
The PE 100 RC protective layer is in yellow color and the pressure pipe PE 100 in black one.
The pipes are available in standard sizes.
PE 100 RC is more resistant to a crack propagation and external loads in comparison with the usual PE 100.
The composition of PE 100 RC is specially developed for the extrusion of pipes laid by alternative methods (usually trenchless).
The «Twinplast» pipes for gas fuel delivery are produced with a diameter of 20 - 630 mm.
The co-extruded “Twinplast” pipes are joined by welding (with a butt-welding machine and with the use of electrofusion couplings).
Advantages of the "Twinplast" double-layer pipes:

- long service life;
- increased resistance to mechanical influences;
- possibility of using various methods of laying;
- reduction of laying costs;

- the estimated lifetime of the “Twinplast” pipes is approximately 100 years.
